Federico Carabetta

Federico is a Managing Partner at VC FUND He is responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring our Real Estate and Direct Lending transactions as well as monitoring our portfolio companies’ performance.

Since 2018, Federico has allocated more than USD 10 million in direct lending, attaining very attractive risk adjusted returns for his investors.

Prior to joining Value capital fund, Federico managed his family’s and other client’s investment portfolio with an AUM of approximately 50 million.

Manny Vadillo is a partner and prominent attorney on Sanchez Vadillo LLP, with more than 19 years of experience. He is proud to have attained a Preeminent AV rating by Martindale Hubbell for ethical standards and legalability.

From 2012 to 2013 he was a member of the City of Miami’s Finance Committee and was recently appointed to the City of Miami’s Planning and Development Committee where he currently sits since 2014.

Additionally he is named “Top 100 agents for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Old Republic Title Insurance Company, and First American Title Insurance Company”.
